Placement: Along with completing this form, you’ll need to book an in-person 45 minute meet-and-greet with our school administration. We’ll use this session to get to know each other better: we’ll review your family’s and school’s expectations, your supporting documentation, and discuss timelines and next steps towards placement. Offer letters will be issued after the in-person meeting. We look forward to meeting you, our opening year families!

Age requirement: JK/SK students must be 4 years old on, or before, December 31st in the year they enter the program.
