Tuition Fees
Tuition for one child for one school year is $12,500 CAD.
Additional educational costs are to be expected for uniforms, books, field trips, school pictures, and supplies.
Tuition can be paid in full at the beginning of each academic year, or in two installments. Payment plans may be granted upon case-by-case approval by the School Board (assessment fee applies).
Sibling discount: 15% second child, 20% third child, 30% fourth child.
Admissions and Enrollment
Admission Requirements
Junior Kindergarten (JK): Children must turn 4 years old by December 31 of the school year.
Senior Kindergarten (SK): Children must turn 5 years old by December 31 of the school year.
Grade 1 and up: Placement is determined by age, previous school records, and readiness.
Required documents:
Birth certificate or passport
Immunization record (as required by Ontario law)
Previous report card (for Grade 1 and above)
Enrollment Process & Timelines
Application Submission: Families complete the online application form and submit required documents.
Interview/School Visit: The school may invite families for an interview or student assessment.
Admission Decision: Families will receive confirmation of acceptance and an enrollment package.
Registration: Completed forms and tuition deposit secure the student’s place.
Applications are accepted year-round, but enrollment is subject to space availability. Early application is strongly encouraged.
Tuition & Fee Policies
Tuition fees are set annually by the Board of Directors and payable by installment or in full.
A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.
Tuition assistance or scholarships may be available depending on financial need.
Late payments may result in penalties or loss of enrollment.
Waitlist Procedures
When classes are full, accepted applicants will be placed on a waitlist in order of application date. Families will be notified if a spot becomes available.
